What is Strangers & Pilgrims?

Strangers & Pilgrims a company that creates products inspired by Jesus Christ. Our desire is to create art prints that would transform people's lives by the power of the Holy Spirit and with biblical scriptural design.

Strangers & Pilgrims comes from Hebrews 11:13, honouring those "strangers and pilgrims on the earth" who glimpsed God's promises from afar.

Our mission is to financially empower creatives around the world by giving profit portions to each of our collaborative Partners so that they can step into their calling of God.

Where are Strangers & Pilgrims products made?

Our handmade wooden frames and Giclée art prints are produced at one of our manufacturers located across the world to ensure efficient shipping and production times.

What type of paper is used for the art prints?

Our sustainably sourced enhanced matte art paper is 200gsm heavyweight and smooth, enhancing our vibrant, full-colour prints to last up to 100 years.

What type of hanging fixtures will be on the frame?

Each artwork arrives ready to hang with the necessary back fixture. The size and country of production will determine which fixture you get. The frame will either be fully strung or with a sawtooth hanger.

Can I find your products anywhere else?

All our art prints available at Strangers & Pilgrims are sold exclusively through our online store.

What is a digital art print?

A digital art print is a digital file of the art print that you can download to your device and then print and frame yourself. This allows more control over the process.

How do I access the digital art print?

You'll receive instant access to the digital art print products once you complete your purchase at checkout. The files can be used across any device making it accessible at all times.

Which sizes are available as digital art prints?

All of our digital art print files are print ready at 300 DPI allowing it to be used at whichever size is needed for your space without loss of quality or colour. The sizes available for that print are listed on the product page for selection.

Please ensure you choose the correct product as our digital art prints come in two formats:

  1. Single Size (Choose the print size)
  2. All Sizes (Bundle of all print sizes)
How will I know if you received my order?

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don't receive this please contact us.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package. Please allow a 2-3 business day processing time for order before it's dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order goes into production there isn't a way to cancel/change the order. Please contact us and we will try to accomodate the request although there is no guarantee.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to United States, Australia and New Zealand. If you're not located in this country please subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social pages to be updated for other countries.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress on the courier's website.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and size of the order. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are packaged with rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials to protect them damage in transit.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not available during the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt to deliver your package multiple times or leave a note with instructions to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up from their local depot.

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Will I be charged for returning a product?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website. Simply navigate to the 'Gift Card' product, choose the desired amount, and proceed to checkout.

Can gift cards be used with other discount codes?

Yes, gift cards are treated as a form of payment, so they can be used in conjunction with any active discount codes.

What if I lose my gift card?

Treat your gift card like cash; if lost, it might not be replaceable. However, if you have the original purchase receipt or email confirmation, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Can I refund or exchange a gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please make sure to review our gift card terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the 'Sign Up' button on our website, then follow the instructions to enter your personal information and create a password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
