Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon shipping address.

These are the current shipping options available:

- No Rush (10-20 business days after fulfillment)

- Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment)

- Flat Rate (5-10 business days after fulfillment)

- Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment)

- Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Please be aware that it can take 2-5 business days to fulfill the order and then add the shipping times on top of the fulfillment times.

If you would like to make a claim for a return, refund or exchange, please email us at info@strangersandpilgrims.co within 30 from receiving the product.

Please send the following in the email:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt)

- Photo of the product/s

- Reason for return/refund/exchange

Items must remain in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
