    Shipping & Returns

    Which shipping methods are available?

    Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon shipping address.

    These are the current shipping options available:

    • No Rush (10-20 business days after fulfillment)
    • Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment)
    • Flat Rate (5-10 business days after fulfillment)
    • Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
    • Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

    Please be aware that it can take 2-5 business days to fulfill the order and then add the shipping times on top of the fulfillment times.

    If you would like to make a claim for a return, refund or exchange, please contact us at the bottom of this page within 30 days from receiving the product.

    Please send the following in the email:

    • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt)
    • Photo of the product/s
    • Reason for return/refund/exchange

    Items must remain in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

    Can I change my shipping address?

    Please note we cannot guarantee that you are able to modify your order once it's been placed. Contact immediately with your order number and order modification request and we will make every effort to accomodate your request.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We ship internationally, but unfortunately we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

    For now, we don’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

    What is your return policy?

    If you would like to make a claim for a return, refund or exchange, please contact us at the bottom of this page within 14 days from receiving the product.

    In the email please include the following:

    • Order Number
    • Reason for return/refund/exchange request
    • Any photos of products

    How do I make payment for my order?

    Payments can be made by debit and credit card, or Paypal. Payments can be made by credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and Paypal. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. Zip Pay and Afterpay are available as alternative payment methods. You can view more information below:

    Can I cancel an order?

    If you want to cancel an order please contact us immediately at Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it’s been shipped.

    How to track my order?

    Strangers & Pilgrims will send several email updates during the order process to keep you updated and informed. This includes shipping information with tracking numbers and estimated delivery times.
